Yoga is for everybody!
Relieve stress, move safely & find peace
Diwali or Deepavali is also known as the festival of lights. It is such a big festival that the lights which illuminate the country can be seen brightly in space. Diwali is a time for new beginnings, the victory of good over evil, and transformation of ourselves.
It is a massive a 5-day festival that falls this year in late October. Join me in this online course where we talk about the Gods, Goddesses and Villians that are recognized, including: Ram, Sita, Lakshman, Hanuman, Ravana, Sri Krishna, and Lakshmi Devi. Through storytelling, we will discuss how these figures are representations for the challenges we face in our lives and how we can learn from the lessons they share.
I will walk you through the Pooja samagri (materials) needed to do a ritual pooja (ceremony) for Lakshmi Devi gether which we will perform together on the last day. Details will be sent out so you can gather supplies.
