HATHA YOGA
IMMERSION
Do you wish to know yoga beyond the poses?
Yoga is a way of life, not a thing you "do".
The nectar of yoga comes when asana transforms into Sādhanā ~ spiritual practice,
In this small group course, we will learn how to cultivate yoga as a lifestyle following the traditions of classical hatha yoga; for wisdom, connection and healing.
Does this sound familiar: You are drawn to yoga and feel the benefits. Yoga might be helping you with stress, hardship or uncertainty. Perhaps you wish to deepen your practice but aren't sure how - What do you do? When do you do it? How do you do it?
This program is to guide you through cultivating and *sustaining* a regular sadhana, one that suits your specific needs in your particular stage of life and will accommodate your schedule with education, listening, witnessing and mentoring support.
We have challenges and strains in our life. Mentoring is necessary to keep inspired, motivated and to support the healing and growth that happens when we initiate a yoga practice. This program includes 1:1 personalized support and guidance
To be witnessed is to be seen for your deepest experiences, emotions, and stories. One on one mentoring is to have your feelings seen and held safely. It is to help understand the meaning behind the deeply held personal experiences in your life and how they guide and shape you.

I
We will work with the body, movement, voice, role play, and the Earth. Through the witnessing, students learn to see the abundance, power and intelligence present in their struggles - which in turn shapes their sadhana, awareness of themselves and purpose in their lives.
All facilitation happens from the lens of a Vedic and process-oriented space and is not licensed therapy.
At the end of this course, you will have the knowledge to have a regular, daily sadhana that you can stick to even when you are busy. You will have a deeper connection with this tradition. You will learn about the history and traditions of Vedic culture.
Beyond that, you will have opportunities to understand through loving support the wisdom your experiences have to show you.
This course is for you if you are looking for a deeper connection with yourself and a relationship with the divine within you. It is for those who wish to go beyond a weekly asana class. It is for those who want to experience, through theory and practice, yoga and more as part of a daily lifestyle practice.
