HATHA YOGA
IMMERSION
"Yoga is not just an exercise or a physical practice; it is a way of life, a path to liberation and self-realization. Through the practice of yoga, one can attain physical, mental, and spiritual harmony, and live a life of peace, joy, and fulfillment." - Swami Sivananda.
In this small group program, you will learn how to cultivate yoga as a lifestyle following the traditions of classical hatha yoga; for wisdom, connection and healing.
Does this sound familiar:
➡️ You are feeling the benefits of a weekly class and want to go deeper but not sure how to do that.
➡️ You can't find an authentic place to respectfully learn about the roots of yoga, its traditions and practices.
➡️ You need some personal support in figuring out which practices to do and how to do them?
➡️ You have challenges and strains in our life and want some support to navigate your struggles
➡️ You need a safe space to come forward with your deepest experiences, emotions, and stories.
:
This program is to guide you through cultivating and *sustaining* a regular sadhana, in a decolonized and supportive way, one that suits your specific needs in your particular stage of life and will accommodate your schedule with education, listening, witnessing and mentoring support.
We have challenges and strains in our life. Mentoring is necessary to keep inspired, motivated and to support the healing and growth that happens when we initiate a yoga practice. This program includes 1:1 personalized support and guidance
Many of us need to be heard. To be witnessed is to be seen for your deepest experiences, emotions, and stories. One on one mentoring is to have your feelings seen and held safely. Mentoring support
We engage in a holistic approach, incorporating the body, movement, voice, role play, witnessing, and unshaming techniques. Through these practices, students discover the wealth, potency, and wisdom embedded within their challenges, thereby shaping their personal journey (sadhana), fostering self-awareness, and illuminating their life's purpose.
All facilitation happens from the lens of a Vedic and process-oriented techniques and is not a replacement for licensed therapy.
Sadhana support
At the end of this course, you will have the knowledge to have a regular, daily sadhana that you can stick to even when you are busy. You will have a deeper connection with this tradition. You will learn about the history and traditions of Vedic culture that honor and recognize the roots of yoga.
This course is for you if you are looking for a deeper connection with yourself and a relationship with the divine within you. It is for those who wish to go beyond a weekly asana class. It is for those who want to experience, through theory and practice, yoga and more as part of a daily lifestyle practice.
This is a small group program. Intentionally kept small to facilitate the healing and space holding that is required <3 You must be submit and application to apply to this program.
